Service Parts Administrator

Position Summary

The Service Parts Administrator will provide administrative support to the Service Parts Supervisor and other members of the Service team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
  • Data entry as needed
  • Creating and/or checking sales orders ensuring accuracy of sales orders and POs.
  • Enter and complete part transfers from warehouse to warehouse
  • Assist with inventory entry and/or cycle counts
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • High school diploma required
  • At least two years of related experience
