The Seeding associate must take ownership of the seeding area by successfully operating line with precision and quality. Under the direct supervision of the production supervisor the seeding associate works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. He/She must be self-motivated, goal oriented and take the initiative on daily tasks.

Requirements

• Know how to operate bale shaver, tray destacker, seed conveyor and water tunnels.
• Must follow appropriate SOP and SSOP.
• Must meet hourly quota while ensuring proper operation of seed line.
• Reports any departmental discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must have weekend availability.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED certificate

Experience:

• 1 year experience operating machines.
• Experience working with machines preferred.

Language Fluency: Bilingual English/ Spanish Preferred
