The qualified candidate processes Company’s customer orders in the Company’s software and must have strong attention to detail. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service and is capable to make a quick decision with no error. The teammate is responsible for revising existing orders that are in the Company’s system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Non-Essential Functions are preceded by an *)
- Manages customer’s phone calls and emails
- Processes customer’s orders into the Company’s system
- Able to grow computer/technology skills with the company as data and systems evolve.
- Issuing credits and debits as needed
- Ensures that data files are organized
- Communicates effectively, thoroughly, and courteously with internal and external customers
- Communicates with sales and operations on orders, shorts.
- Schedules delivery appointments for transportation.
- Manages order tracking sheets and NTD.
- Orders temp recorders and other supplies for facility.
- Ability to contribute to team goals and efforts, attends facility meeting for daily production product update.
- Able to work in an office environment with mid-high stress due to deadlines as needed
- Follows directions from management
- Maintains a clean work area and welcoming office space
- Works efficiently and with attention to details to minimize errors
- Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: Customer Service experience and one-year general office experience.
Language Fluency: No specific language requirements; bi-lingual English/Spanish fluency preferred.
Technology: MS Office Suite, Word, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and strong keyboarding skillsets required. Data EDI problem solving and Power BI a plus.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in a business-related field
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- MS, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong organization skills

- Standard office environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Intermittent sitting and standing
- Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 llbs
