Your daily business will involve:

• Assess the impact of business requirements or regulatory changes on the existing domain model and processes. Analyse existing data to inform your decisions
• Monitor changes in market communication (formats, processes) and manage the conversation and resolution of problems with external market partners (e.g. grid operators).
• Work alongside the software developers in your team in breaking down requirements into individual tasks and in writing acceptance criteria for them.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and high data quality and customer satisfaction for all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product management on specifying new features and optimizations in our invoicing and billing systems.
