About the role and us

Are you ready to drive growth and innovation in the heart of Europe's energy landscape? As the Inside Sales Support France (m/f/d) at tado°, you will play an important role in setting up a new important sales channel in France. This role will report directly to the Country Sales Director and dotted line to the European Channel Director Installer.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include the support of our French sales areas: Retail Sales, E-Commerce and Installer Sales with the following tasks:

• Active support in planning and implementing the hardware sales strategy together with the Sales Directors
• Creation and analysis of all reports and product forecasts
• Contract management & data maintenance
• Interface between all sales-related departments such as Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, IT, Product Management and Marketing
• Supporting the sales team with customer requests, frequently in direct contact with customers: retailers, distributors and installers
• Pre-check of customer claims
