We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our People & Culture team as either a working student or an intern. (based on your preference, we can offer you an internship or a role as a working student)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various People-related topics. You will work closely with the Talent Relations team to contribute to our mission of providing excellent employee experience and supporting the digital transformation of our processes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist in various projects in all other disciplines in the People & Culture function, for example Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Support overall administrative tasks in the Talent Relation team, including document management (drafting employee documents, coordinating signatures, scanning and filing documents).
  • Make the data in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Personio reliable: verify the accuracy and completeness for reporting and analyses.
  • Research and provide ideas to continuously develop our People processes, in particular digitalization and automation.
  • Be first-line support for colleagues with HR-related questions and requests using our ticketing system.
  • Hands-on support in various ad hoc tasks or projects, including onboarding or company events.
