Position Overview:

The Senior Director of Corporate Finance will report to the CFO and be responsible for strategic planning and corporate finance activities for the company and its private equity investment partnerships. The position may be filled at the Vice President level, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CFO and business leadership to develop and maintain the long-range strategic plan for the company
• Evaluate strategic alternatives and perform financial analysis to model company and fund performance under various scenarios
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry to inform the strategic plan
• Support operational leadership with financial analysis and applied corporate finance principles for transaction structuring and execution of the business
• Monitor and report on capital deployment activity and strategic progress of the business
• Calculate key metrics and perform financial analysis to provide insight on business performance
• Understand and model waterfall and carried interest in accordance with partnership agreements
• Work with the CFO on financing and capital markets activities, including evaluating various capital structure alternatives
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of funding sources to meet current and projected capital needs, as well as for exit/continuation planning
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial partners
• Liaise with the investor relations team to complete requests for existing and prospective investors, including ad-hoc reporting, detailed performance calculations, and operational due diligence requests

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of progressive finance experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• MBA, Master’s Degree in Finance and/or CFA preferred
• Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking strongly preferred
• Real Estate, REIT, digital infrastructure and/or data center industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Minimum 5 years debt capital markets experience, preferably including project finance, asset-based lending and asset-backed securitizations
• Leadership experience in corporate financial planning & analysis, or corporate development
• Extensive applied experience with valuation, industry research and transaction execution
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with NetSuite, Allvue (fund management) and Altvia a plus

Expected Salary Range:

$175,000-$225,000 annual salary plus an annual bonus

Travel:

10% - travel to meetings as required
