Location: Denver, CO (Headquarters)

Job Summary

Tract is in search of a Digital Infrastructure Analyst to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be reporting to the SVP of Commercial Management and will serve as a key resource for the sales, product, and marketing functions within Tract. You will be partnering with multiple high-performing, cross-functional teams to support the Company’s commercial and strategic objectives. This position plays an integral role in demand forecasting, competitive positioning, business case modeling, and go-to-market targets.The right candidate is inquisitive, data-driven, and detail-oriented who can drive efficiency and achieve objectives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain processes and financial models to support the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytic requirements of the Business
  • Build models and business cases to evaluate transaction opportunities and alternative commercial constructs
  • Track digital infrastructure growth and capacity globally and synthesize data for business decisions
  • Partner with functional managers across multiple disciplines to provide commercial insights
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, standardization, and automation around demand tracking and forecasting
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in digital infrastructure to inform strategic planning and competitive positioning
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, articulating findings and supporting business decisions with data-driven analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, standardization, and automation
  • Special projects, ad hoc reporting and analysis

Required Traits, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, land development, product management or a related area
  • Experience in the data center, commercial real estate, or energy industries a plus
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to interact and work with multiple levels and functions within the Company
  • Capable of extracting and communicating data with relevant, consumable and actionable takeaways
  • A proactive and collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Results-oriented with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines
  • Intellectually curious with a problem-solving orientation
  • High ethical standards & integrity

Expected Salary Range

$100-120K + annual bonus potential
